USC Job Application & Careers

The online University of Southern California job application is available via the university’s careers page. Follow the links posted on this page (near the top of the page/in the instructional guide) to go to the university’s employment page. When you open the school’s employment portal you will be able to search for current job openings, register for an online account, and fill out/submit applications for any job openings that you want to apply for.

  • About the School: The University of Southern California (USC) is located in Los Angeles. The school was founded in 1880 and is a public research university.

Apply Online

Step 1 – Start by copying and pasting the following URL into a new tab in your current web application. Open the page and then move to step two.


Step 2 – Press the “Search Jobs” button on the left side of the page to be taken to the main search form/page.

Step 3 – Fill out the search form to look for specific openings within the school. The results will display directly below the search form. Click the “View Details” button/link under the specific career that you’re interested in applying for to move to the next step of the process.

Step 4 – Read the job description and then hit the button that’s outlined in red in the below image.

Step 5 – In order to continue the application process you will be required to create an account. Go to the registration page and fill out the necessary form(s). After you’ve created your account you will be able to access the school’s online application form.
