The Publix job application can only be completed in-person by visiting a Job Application Center. Nearly ever Public store has an employment kiosk. The guide posted below details a general overview of the application process.

Step 1 – Click here to view an outline of the hiring process.
Step 2 – If you want to search for current openings that are “critical” (meaning they need to be filled ASAP), click the “Critical Openings” link as outlined below.
Step 3 – Filter the current openings by location or position. Click the job title for more details regarding the position.
Step 4 – After completing your application by using the in-store application center it will be reviewed by a manager.

Step 5 – Should you be deemed a good fit for the company you will be invited for an interview.
Note: It’s important to confirm the date/time/location of your interview with the manager. Although not required, it might be useful to bring a long a resume to the interview. Arrive five minutes early for good measure. If you are offered the job, your employment hinges on the successful completion of a criminal background check and drug test.
Application Activation: Store managers review applications once every 30 days. Keep your application active by returning to a Publix location and using the employment kiosk.
