- Login phone number
- Password
- Confirm password
- Click the “Next” button to go to the next section of the form
Step 6 – Submit the following details for the remaining sections of the form:
- Profile
- Schedule
- Education
- Employment
- References
Step 7 – After the form has been completed you will be able to submit it for processing/review.
