Use the guide posted on this page as a reference when filling out the Menchie’s job application. The application is only available online (however certain franchise locations may have printed versions available in-person). Both global headquarters and in-store positions can be applied for online.
- About the Company: Menchie’s is an American chain of frozen yogurt restaurants that was founded in 2007. The company has over 500 locations throughout the United States (as well as several other countries).
Apply Online
Step 1 – Start by going to the main careers page:

Step 2 – If you want to search for hourly/in-store positions click the “Store Opportunities” link.
- Note: If you want to search corporate openings click the “Global Headquarters Opportunities” link.
Step 3 – Store Info – Select your country from the first drop-down list, and then select a state from the second drop-down list. After selecting your state/region, you will be able to select the specific location that you visited.
Step 4 – Contact Info – Fill in the “Contact Info” section with the following:
- Full name
- Email address
- Street address
- City/state/province/county/zip
- Phone number
- Select whether or not you’re under the age of 18
Step 5 – Reference Information – Submit the following information (regarding your references):
- Full name
- Relationship to you
- Company
- Phone number or email address
Step 6 – Enter the position you are applying for, and then fill in your previous employment details.
Step 7 – Enter an answer regarding why you want to work for the company, and then fill in your availability information (days/times/schedule).
Step 8 – Enter the date that you can start working, upload your resume, and then click the “Submit” button.
