Step 4 – Select which function areas/positions to search for, and then select “Hot Topic” as the brand. Choose a state, and then select a city. Hit the “Search” button to view the results.

Step 5 – Check the position(s) you want to apply for, and then click the “Proceed to Registration” link.

  • Last four digits of social security number
  • Gender

Step 7 – Create a login ID/password and then click the “Next” button.

  • Select your ethnicity from the available options.

Step 10 – If you want to automatically import your information from your LinkedIn profile/resume select one of the appropriate options. Otherwise hit the “No thanks. Continue” link.

  • If you’ve ever been employed by the company
  • If you have any relatives working for the company
