Step 2 – Scroll down and enter a city or zip code into the search form to find locations/openings in your area.
Step 3 – Scroll down the page again to view locations in your area. Click the “View Openings” button.
Step 4 – Click the “More Info” button to learn more about the position, or press the “Apply Now” link to begin the online application process.
Step 5 – Hit the “Get Started” button to begin.
Step 6 – Identification – Submit the following information into the form:

- Last four digits of SSN (or four digit PIN)
- Birth month
- Day of birth
Step 7 – Press the “Next” link to go to the next step of the application.
Step 8 – The 20 step form will load. To get started, select your country (U.S/Canada) and then hit the “Next” button.
Step 9 – Agree to the disclosures/terms.
Step 10 – Complete the following sections by providing answers to the required questions:

- Age requirement
- Relatives
Step 11 – Fill in the following personal details:
- First name
- Last name
- Address

- Zip
