The Bashas’ job application can be found on the company’s main employment site. Use the links/buttons provided on this page to go directly to the company’s careers page. Once you’re on the careers page you will be able to search the list of current openings, create a job portal account, and submit applications for positions that you are interested in. The guide posted below provides a general overview of the company’s online application process.
- About the Company: Bashas’ is an American chain of grocery stores based out of Chandler, Arizona. The company was created in 1932 and has the majority of its locations (more than 100) throughout the State of Arizona.
Apply Online
Step 1 – Start by going to the company’s career site. Click this link to open the site in a new browser window/tab.
Step 2 – Once you’re on the main career site press the “Bashas'” button (outlined in red in the below image).
Step 3 – The list of current job opportunities can be filtered by job title, requisition number, city, store format, or address.
Step 4 – Press the job title link of the career that you’re interested in. You will be taken to the career’s description page.
Step 5 – Review the job description in order to learn more about the position’s requirements, responsibilities, etc. Click the “Apply” button near the bottom of the description page to go to the next step of the process.
Step 6 – Click the “Create one now” link underneath the sign-in form to go to the account creation page.
- Note: You must create an account in order to submit an online application.
Step 7 – New Account Setup – Fill in the following details into the first subsection:
- First name
- Middle name
- Last name
- Social security number
- Re-enter social security number
- AND
- Complete the “Create Login Information” subsection
Step 8 – Press the “Continue” button to go to the first section of the application form.
