Step 6 – Fill in your email address, create a password, and then press the “Create Account” button.
Step 7 – Contact Information – Submit the following details into the form:

- Alternate phone
- Address 1
- Address 2
- City
- State
- Country
- Zip code
Step 8 – Click the arrow button at the bottom of the form to load the next section. Complete the remaining sections of the form by filling in ALL/ANY required details:

- AND
