Converse Job Application & Careers

Use the links on this page to access the Converse job application (online version). Both corporate and retail positions can be searched/applied for on the company’s employment page. Learn about the company’s online job search/application processes in the instructions posted below.

  • About the Company: Converse is an American shoe/apparel company headquartered out of Boston, Massachusetts. The company was founded in 1908, and is currently owned by Nike. Converse operates more than 70 retail locations throughout the United States.

Step 1 – Copy and paste the following link into a new tab/window within your web browser (to load the company’s main employment page):


Step 2 – Scroll down the page and click the “Search” button underneath the specific type of job that you’re interested in searching/applying for (i.e. corporate or retail).


Step 3 – The results of your search can be filtered by country, state, city, or division. Click the job title (link) of the position that you want to submit an application for (to go to the next step of the hiring process).


Step 4 – Read the position description and then press the link as outlined in the below screenshot.


Step 5 – Read and then accept the privacy agreement (click the “I Accept” button).


Step 6 – Press the “New User” button to load the registration form.

Step 7 – Create a username/password and then hit the “Register” button.

Step 8 – Resume Parsing – Upload your resume (or import your personal data from your LinkedIn/ account).

Step 9 – Click the “Save and Continue” button to go to the next section of the form. Fill in the required details for the remaining sections of the form (as followed):

  • My information
  • Work experience and education
  • My resume
  • My qualifications
  • My availability
  • My heritage
  • Self identification
  • My signature
  • Review and submit


Note: Only after you have completed all of the required sections will you be able to submit your application.
