Step 1 – Click here for the online application – Enter the following information into the form:
- Name
- Phone number
- Address
Then, select either yes or no to answer if you are over the age of 18 or not.
Step 2 – Enter your birth-date and an emergency contact.
Next, say if you have been convicted of a felony. If you have been, give an explanation as to why.
Step 3 – Enter your education history.
Be as detailed as possible. Make sure to answer all of the questions for each box.
In the following sections you will have a little more freedom to show off your passion for animals and explain why you would be a great fit for the company. Get creative, really wow them!
Step 4 – Fill in the blanks
Step 5 – Answer the questions. Make sure to make your answers memorable. Try not to make one word answers and make sure to answer in complete sentences.
Step 6 – Fill in the blanks.
All of the blanks in this section require an answer. Make sure they are all filled in before going to step 7.
Step 7 – Fill in your availability. The start time for each day goes on the left and the end time goes on the right. Be a little generous here you can always change your availability around after you get hired on.
Step 8 – Give some references that the company can contact.
Enter their:

- Phone number
- Relation to you
- How many years you have known this person
These should be work references. As a general rule, it is not a good idea for these references to be friends or family members.
