Life Time Fitness Job Application

Use the online Life Time Fitness job application to apply for club, corporate, and general management positions. There is currently no offline/printable application available. In order to apply for any position you must visit the company’s employment website. Read the guide posted below for more details.

  • About the Company: Life Time Fitness is an American chain of fitness centers based out of Chanhassen, Minnesota. The company operates locations both in the United States and Canada, and was founded in 1992.

Apply Online

Step 1 – Go to the company’s jobs site by copying/pasting the following link into your web browser:

Step 2 – Enter a keyword into the search field, or click the “View All Jobs” button to view a listing of all current positions.

Step 3 – The job listings can be sorted by location, job field, job type, job schedule, or job level. Click the job title of the specific position that you want to apply for.

Step 4 – Read the following subsections to learn more about the job:

Step 5 – Click the button as outlined in red in the below screenshot.

Step 6 – Click the “New User” button. Enter the following details into the registration form:

  • Email address
  • Password
  • Re-enter password
  • Re-enter email address

Step 7 – Hit the “Register” button to load the next section.

Step 8 – About You – In the “About You” section provide the following details:

  • Source tracking/source type
  • Legal first name
  • Legal last name
  • Legal middle name
  • Street address line 1
  • Street address line 2
  • City
  • Place of residence/country
  • Primary number
  • Home number
  • Cell number
  • Work number
  • Zip/postal code
  • Email address
  • Have you previously applied to the company?
  • Work experience information (employer, title, supervisor, location, dates employed, etc.)
  • Education information (school name, location, dates attended, course of study, etc.)

Step 9 – Click the “Save and continue” button.

Step 10 – Complete the remaining sections of the form:

  • Application questions
  • Job questions
  • Tax questions
  • Attachments
  • eSignature
  • Review and submit
