The Harris Teeter Supermarkets job application must be filled out online (by going to the careers page). Numerous types of careers can be applied for including in-store, management, pharmacy, corporate, warehouse, and transportation positions. Harris Teeter is a North Carolinian grocery chain with over 240 stores throughout the states of North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Maryland, Delaware, and Washington D.C.
Apply Online
Step 1 – Copy and paste the following link into your browser’s URL bar:

Step 2 – Once on the careers page, scroll down and press the “View More” button (under the job category you’re interested in).
Step 3 – Hit the “Apply for Job” button (as outlined in the screenshot) to go to the main jobs search page.
Step 4 – Search by keyword, job number, job field, or location/zip code.
Step 5 – Hit the “Apply” link of the job you want to start the application process for.
- Note: You can also press the “add to job cart” link if you want to apply for more than one job at once.
Step 6 – Privacy / Disclaimer Agreement:
- Accept the terms/privacy agreement.
Step 7 – Login – If you have an account log in to it (you can also sign in via your Google/Yahoo account). If you need to create a new account hit the “New User” button.
Step 8 – New User Registration:
- Create a username/password
- AND
- Enter your email address
Step 9 – Resume / Profile Upload – If you have a resume use the form to import/upload it.
- Note: This is not required.
Step 10 – Personal Information – Submit the following:
- Source type (select from drop-down list)
- First name
- Last name
- Street address
- City
- Zip

- Shift availability
Step 11 – Experience and Education:
- Name of employer
- Job title
- Start date
- End date
- Location (city/state)
- Reason for leaving
- Name of school
- Area of interest/degree
- Education level
Step 12 – Submit the required information for the following sections to finish the process:
- Pre-Screening Questions
- Questionnaire
- Diversity
- Assessment Test
- eSignature
- Confirmation
- Review and Submit
