Read the instructions in the below section to learn how to navigate the company’s employment site, search for current openings, and start/finish the online application process.
- About the Company: Firestone Tire and Rubber is an American manufacturer/retailer of tires. The company was founded in 1900, and is currently a subsidiary of the Bridgestone Corporation.

Step 1 – The company’s main employment site can be accessed by clicking here.

Step 2 – Enter a location and keyword into the search form’s input fields and then click the search button (outlined below) to view the results.
Step 3 – The results can be sorted by relevance or date (as well as filtered by job type, state, city, or title). Press the title link of the job that you want to learn more about/start the online application process for.
Step 4 – Read the job overview and then press the button as outlined in the below image to load the next step of the process.
Step 5 – Click the “Apply” button.
Step 6 – Select how you want to create/register your profile (i.e. using one of your social media accounts, or by creating it manually via the online form/uploading your resume). If you opt to create your profile via the online form you will be required to manually fill in the following details:
- First name
- Middle name
- Last name
- Email address
- Login name
- Password
- Re-enter password
- AND
- Click the “Continue” button to load the next step/section of the form
Step 7 – Fill in the required details for each subsection/step of the online application form.
- Note: You must complete each subsection before moving on to the subsequent section/subsection.
