The instructional guide on this page details how to find jobs online, and then apply for them using the Dairy Queen job application. Dairy Queen is a global chain of fast food restaurants with more than 4,500 locations. In-store positions must be applied for in-person, however corporate jobs can be applied for online.
Apply Online
Step 1 – Go to the Jobs/Careers page.
Step 2 – If you want to search for in-store positions enter your zip code into the search form and click the “Find a DQ” button. If you want to search/apply for corporate positions hit the “Browse Current Openings” button.
Step 3 – Click the location you want to apply to, and then press the “Store Info” link.
Step 4 – Visit the location to learn about current job openings.
How to Write
Step 1 – Download the .PDF application using the link at the top of the page.
Step 2 – Personal – Fill in the following information into the appropriate input fields:
- Social security number
- Last name
- First name
- Current mailing address
- Street
- City
- State
- Zip/postal code
- Phone number
- Cell number
- Date of birth
- If you’re legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Step 3 – Position Applying For:
- Enter your daily availability (hourly)
- Select whether you’re interested in full/part-time employment
- Select if you’ve ever worked at a fast food restaurant before
- Enter the date you’re available to begin employment
- Fill in your preferred salary
- Enter the total number of hours per week you’re able to work
- Enter if you’ve ever been convicted of a crime
- Referral details (name/number)
Step 4 – Complete the remaining sections:
- Education
- Activities
- Employment record
Step 5 – Sign/date the form and then submit it to the location you want to work at.
