Use the Chik-fil-A job application to apply for restaurant careers online. Restaurant locations are owned and operated by independent franchisees. Although you can learn about different career opportunities on the Chik-fil-A website, in order to apply to a specific location you must use their online process (or visit the location). The guide posted below details how to find a location near your area.

Apply Online

Step 1 – Go to the careers site here (link opens a new tab/window).

Step 2 – Scroll down the page, and click the “Find local restaurants to apply” link.

Step 3 – Allow the website to access your location (if the prompt appears). Otherwise, use the map (zoom in/out) to view locations in your city.

Step 4 – Scroll down the page and view the location results. Click the name of the location to move to the next step.

Note: Press the “Show More Locations” button to load more restaurant locations.

Step 5 – The contact details of the restaurant operator will be listed, as well as a link to the restaurant’s website. Click the link to the website (outlined in red below).

Step 6 – Each franchisee’s website will differ in its design/layout. If they have an online application form then use that, otherwise you must visit the restaurant location to get a copy of their application. After completing/submitting the application you will be contacted if the operator/manager determines you are a good fit for their operation.
