Go to the company’s main careers page in order to access the Build-A-Bear Workshop job application. At this time there is currently no official offline/printable application available. Retail, corporate, and distribution center careers can all be searched/applied for online.

Step 2 – Click one of the links as outlined in the below screenshot (i.e. retail, world “bearquarters,” distribution center).
- Note: These instructions cover the online application process for retail positions.
Step 3 – Select which position you’re interested in applying for from the drop-down list.
Step 4 – Select the specific location that you want to submit an application to. Press the link as outlined in red in the screenshot.
Step 5 – In the “Personal Information” subsection provide the following information:

- State/province

- Zip/postal code
- Primary phone
- Alternate phone
- Status
- Salary expectations
- Availability
- Are you 18 years or older?
- Do you have a resume?
- Cover letter/additional information (copy/paste)
- How did you learn about this opportunity? (select from drop-down list)
Step 6 – Click the “Submit” button.
- Note: Applications typically take approximately 3-10 business days to be reviewed by a hiring manager. Expect to be contacted by a manager within this time frame if your application meets the needs of the store that you applied to. It’s recommended to contact the store/manager directly after a period of 1-2 weeks to check on the status of your submission.
