Step 2 – Select your language from the list of options.
Step 3 – Select your country of residence.
Step 4 – Search for locations in your area by selecting your state or by selecting a mall (from the drop-down lists).
Step 5 – Click the location that you want to submit an application to.
Step 6 – Agree to the privacy statement and then click the “Next Section” button.
Step 7 – Electronic Form Acceptance:
- Enter your full legal name
- Check the “I Agree” box
Step 8 – Basic Information – Enter the following into the form:
- Position applying for
- Phone type and number
- Current street address
- City, state, zip code
- Mailing address
- Social security number
- Date available
- Month and day of birth
Step 9 – Click the “Next Section” button to go to the next section. Provide any required information in the remaining sections of the application.
- Note: It will take approximately 10-15 minutes to fill out all of the required sections.
