The online Zales job application is available via the company’s careers page. Follow the links posted on this page (near the top of the page/in the instructional guide) to go to the company’s employment page. When you open the company’s employment portal you will be able to search for current job openings, register for an online account, and fill out/submit applications for any job openings that you want to apply for.
- About the Company: Zales retail stores are owned by the Zale Corporation. The company is headquartered out of Irving, Texas and was founded in 1924. Zale Corporation employs over 12,000 people across numerous industries/roles.
Apply Online
Step 1 – Start by loading the company’s careers page in a new tab/window. Press this link to open the page in a separate tab/window within your current web browser.
Step 2 – Scroll down the page and press the button of the specific career type that you’re interested in (i.e. retail, support, design, etc.).

Step 3 – Use the search field at the top of the page to search for a specific career. You can also use the options on the left side of the page to categorize/sort the list of current job opportunities.
Step 4 – Press the title/link of the specific role that you want to apply for. You will be taken to the job’s description page.
Step 5 – Click one of the “Apply” button at the top of the description page.
- Note: You have the option of applying through LinkedIn.
Step 6 – In order to continue with the application process you will be required to create an account (or sign in to your account if you already have one).
Step 7 – Submit the required information for each section/page of the application. When you’ve finished filling in the required details you will be able to submit the form for processing/review.
