Step 7 – Contact Information – Submit the following details into the “Contact Information” section:

  • Last name
  • Street address
  • City
  • State/province
  • Postal code
  • Main phone number
  • Alternate phone number
  • Desired rate of pay
  • Were you referred to this position by a current employee?
  • If you were referred, please list the name of the current employee and company name. (i.e. Capitol Aggregates, Zachry Construction, Zachry Hospitality)
  • Social media links
  • Work experience
  • Education
  • References
  • Additional resume items
  • Other documents
  • AND
  • Click the “Continue” button at the bottom of the form to go to the next step of the process

Step 8 – Complete the remaining steps of the form:

  • Questions
  • Voluntary surveys
  • Agreements
  • Preview
