Search for jobs and complete the Sonic job application online in order to apply for them. Examples of possible positions include crew member, car hop, cook, assistant manager, general manager, and multi-unit leader. Numerous corporate positions can also be applied for online.
- Number of Locations: There are currently more than 3,500 restaurant locations in the United States.
Apply Online
Step 1 – Go to this page.
Step 2 – Scroll down the page and select whether you want to view restaurant/drive-in or corporate positions.
Step 3 – Review the job descriptions, and then click the “Apply” button of the position you want to apply for.
Step 4 – Enter your ZIP code, select a search radius, and then press the “Go” button to load locations in your area.
Step 5 – Select all of the locations you want your application sent to, and then hit the “Next” button.
Step 6 – Select the position(s) you want to apply for, and then click the “Proceed to Registration” link.
Step 7 – Enter your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. Click the “Next” button to go to the next section.
Step 8 – Select a login ID/password.
Step 9 – Agree to the terms of use/privacy policy.
Step 10 – Select your gender and enter your ethnicity.
Step 11 – Import your LinkedIn profile, upload your resume, or choose to manually enter your personal details (hit the “No thanks/continue” link).
Step 12 – The eight-step application form will load. Each section must be completed before you will be able to move to the next one.
Step 13 – Personal Information – Enter the following personal details:
- Name
- Street address
- City
- State
- ZIP
- Contact number
Step 14 – Complete the remaining section of the application:
- Additional information (age requirement, etc.)
- Availability (schedule details)
- Educational history
- Employment history
- Professional references
- Disclosures
