Use the Sitel job application (available on the company’s jobs site) to apply for current openings. Step 1 – Copy/paste the following link into a new browser window/tab:

Step 2 – Enter a keyword and then select a country from the drop-down list. Click the “Search Jobs” button to load the list of openings.

Step 3 – The results can be filtered by title, location, job function, or date. Press the job title link of the position that you’re interested in.
Step 4 – Review the job description, press the button as outlined below, and then select one of the options from the list that appears (i.e. how you want to apply for the job).
Step 5 – Create Profile – Enter the following information into the form to load the results:
- Email address
- Create password
- Confirm password
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
- Current employer
- Current title
- Interest level
- AND
- Press the “Next” button to go to the next step of the form
Step 6 – After your account has been created you will be transferred to the main application form. Enter your work history, education details, resume, cover letter, availability information, etc. into the appropriate sections/fields. After all of the required data has been entered into the form you will be able to submit the application for processing.
