The Sears job application is available on the company’s jobs website. Use the link posted above (or the link in the how-to guide posted below) to access the online application. In-store, management, and corporate positions can all be applied for on the jobs website.

Apply Online

Step 1 – The first step is to click here to open the Sears careers page.

Step 2 – Search for current openings by entering a keyword or location (city/state) into the search form on the left side of the page.


Step 3 – The search results can be filtered by distance, date posted, or keyword/location.

Step 4 – Click the position title link to go to the next step.

  • Note: Make sure that the business you are applying to is marked “Sears.”


Step 5 – Review the following sections:

  • Requirements
  • Responsibilities

Step 6 – Click the “Apply” button to move to the next section.

  • Note: If you want to submit an application for more than one job click the “Add to cart” button.

Step 8 – Click the “Create” button.

Step 13 – Resume Submission – Use this section to upload your resume or cover letter.
