Apply Online

Step 1 – Go to the Red Lobster employment page by clicking this link.

Step 2 – Click one of the following three links:

  • Hourly opportunities
  • Management opportunities
  • Corporate opportunities

Step 3 – Scroll down the page and then hit the “Search Openings” button.


Step 4 – Search by title, job category, keywords, or city/state.


Step 5 – The search results can be narrowed by selecting job categories or restaurant locations. When you’ve found a job you’re interested in click the link to load the next step.


Step 6 – Scroll down the page and click the “Apply to Job” button.

Step 7 – Sign in to your account, or click the “Don’t have an account yet?” link to register a new one.

Step 8 – Create a username, password, and security question/answer.


Step 9 – Accept the terms/conditions.

Step 10 – Answer all of the required questions.

Step 11 – Candidate Profile – Enter the following details into the form:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Address
  • Country
  • State
  • City
  • Zip
  • Phone
  • Email address
  • Education history


Step 12 – Complete all of the required sections of the application to finish the process.

How to Write

Step 1 – The first step is to use the download link at the top of the page to print out the .PDF file.

Step 2 – In the first section of the application (on the first page) enter the following:

  • Name
  • Date
  • Address
  • Email address
  • SSN
  • Phone numbers
  • Expected hourly/weekly earnings
  • Work schedule availability
  • Answers to the required questions

Step 3 – Fill in your education and work histories, and then initial the special employment notices/statement areas.

Step 4 – Sign your name and then date the application in dd/mm/yyyy format.
