Step 11 – Education History – Submit the following details regarding your education history:

  • School or education information
  • Major or area of study
  • Degree
  • GPA
  • Grad year

Step 12 – Continue to submit the required information for the remaining sections/subsections of the form. After all of the required details have been entered into the form you will be able to submit the application for further processing.
