Menards Job Application & Careers |
Use the Menards job application to apply for current openings in your area. The application can only be filled out online (on the careers website). Corporate, distribution, and manufacturing jobs can also be applied for online.
- About the Company: Menards is a home improvement store with over 300 locations throughout the Midwestern United States. The company was founded in 1960 and is based out of Wisconsin.
Apply Online
Step 1 – Click this link to be taken to the main employment/careers page.
Step 2 – Select the type of job openings you want to search (e.g. retail/store, management, corporate, distribution, etc.).
Step 3 – Scroll down and press the “Search for careers” button (outlined in the screenshot).
Step 4 – Search by job ID, locations, departments, categories, or date posted.
Step 5 – Click the “General Application” link of the job you want to apply for.
Step 6 – Read the job description and then click the “Apply To This Job” button in the upper-right corner/bottom of the page.
Step 7 – Fill in your email address and then click the “Next” button.
Step 8 – Profile Information – Fill in the required details:
- First name
- Last name
- Street address
- City
- Country
- State
- Zip code
- Years/time at address
- Main phone number
- Cell phone number
Step 9 – Select whether you want to complete the application using your LinkedIn profile, or by manually entering the required information.
Step 10 – Previous Address – Fill in your previous address information.
Step 11 – Application Questions – Provide answers to all of the required application questions (select from the drop-down lists).
Step 12 – Availability – Fill in your availability information (daily/hourly scheduling details). Click the “Next” button to go to the next step of the process.
Step 13 – Provide any remaining required information and then review/submit the application.
