Step 5 – Submit the following details into the form and then click the “Continue” button to go to the next step of the application process:

  • Phone number
  • Resume (upload as an attachment)
  • Cover letter
  • Check the “I agree to create an account” box
  • AND
  • Press the “Continue” button to go to the next step

Step 6 – Continue to fill in the required information for the remaining sections/steps of the form.
