Domino’s Job Application & Careers

Complete the Domino’s job application by visiting Domino’s jobs website, or by using the downloadable application form (posted on this page). There are four different categories of jobs that you may apply for online: restaurant, corporate, supply chain center, and university recruiting.

About the Company: Domino’s is one of North America’s most popular pizza chains (and is the second-largest pizza franchise in the world – having locations in more than 81 countries).

Apply Online

Step 1 – Go to the main jobs site (

Step 2 – Hit the “Start Job Search” button as outlined in the screenshot.


Step 3 – Choose a job category from the drop-down list, and press “Show me the jobs.”


Step 4 – The site will automatically detect your location in order to find restaurants in your area. You can also refine the search by filtering the results via the form on the left-side of the page.

Step 5 – Scroll down the page to view available positions. Press the “Apply Now” button to move to the next step.


Step 6 – In order to continue the online application process you must create a “Gateway Questionnaire” account. Enter the following details into the registration form:

  • Email address
  • Password
  • Security question
  • Security answer


Step 7 – Select whether or not you want to import profile information from your LinkedIn/Facebook account. If you would rather fill in the profile from scratch, select the “Build/select profile using site” option.


Step 8 – You will be taken to the 12 section application form. Each section must be fully completed before you may move on to the next one.


Step 9 – Personal Information – Fill in the following details:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • ZIP
  • County
  • Phone
  • Contact Email

Step 10 – Continue to fill in the required information into the following sections of the application:

  • Additional Information
  • Availability
  • Education
  • Employment
  • References
  • Confidential Information
  • Work Opportunity Tax Credit
  • Signature
  • Acknowledgements
  • Submit

Step 11 – After you have submitted your application it will be reviewed by the manager(s) of your desired location(s).

How to Write

Step 1 – Download the form by saving this link as a .PDF, or by using the download link at the top of this page.

Step 2 – On page number two enter the following details:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Emergency contact
  • If you’re legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • If you’re 18 years or older
  • If you have reliable transportation
  • How you heard about the job

Step 3 – Page number three must contain the following:

  • Position applying for
  • Start date
  • Availability
  • Employment type
  • Education details
  • Skills

Step 4 – Page four:

  • Submit your employment history information
  • AND
  • Enter your references

Step 5 – Page five:

  • Enter your driving details/history

Step 6 – Sign/date the application.
