Chili’s Job Application & Careers |
Use the online Chili’s job application to apply for any number of available positions in your area. There are over 1,500 restaurants locations throughout North America. Both FOH/BOH (front of house/back of house) positions can be applied for. Examples of FOH positions include waitstaff, management, servers, hosts, etc. BOH positions include cooks, line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, and other related positions.

Apply Online
Step 1 – Start the process by going to the Chili’s Careers Website.
Step 2 – Hover over the “Job Opportunities” menu button and then select the type of job you’re interested in (e.g. “team members”).
Step 3 – Scroll down the page to view the different types of jobs. Click the “See Jobs” button (outlined in red in the screenshot below) to view current openings.
Step 4 – Filter the results by position, job type, or location. Review the results and then click the job you want to apply for.
Step 5 – Review the job description and then click the “Apply Now” link to go to the main application site.
Note: The majority of Chili’s restaurants are owned/operated by independent franchisees – meaning that the application process differs from location to location.
Step 6 – Complete the online application form. Most applications require the applicant to submit a detailed history of their past employment/educational experience. After your application has been received and reviewed, you will be contacted to schedule an interview date/time.
