Step 1 – Go to the main careers page (https://www.bojangles.com/careers/).
Step 2 – Scroll down the page and then click the “Find Positions” link (outlined below) to find hourly restaurant positions.
Note: If you want to search for management openings click the “Find Management Positions” link. If you’re looking for corporate jobs click the “View Corporate Jobs” button.
Step 3 – The results can be narrowed by selecting a state, city, store, or position from the drop-down lists.
Step 4 – Press the “Apply” link of the position you want to submit an online application for.
Step 5 – If you already have a Snagajob account enter your login details into the form. If you don’t have an account check the “No I’m new to Snagajob” selection. Enter your email address and then create a password. Scroll down the page and click the “Start Application” button.
Step 6 – Profile – Enter the following details into the form:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
- Address
- City
- State
- Zip code
- How long at this address?
- 18 or older?
- Can you verify you’re legally employable in the U.S.?
- Have you worked for this company?
- Referral source
- Serve Safe certified?
- Have you been convicted of a criminal offense?
- Do you have a valid driver’s license?
Step 7 – Press the “Continue” button to go to the next section. Complete the following sections of the application:
- Assessment
- Attitude
- Skills
- Tax screening
