Belk Job Application

The Belk job application is available to fill out on the company’s careers website. Learn how to navigate the website, search for jobs, and submit an application in the guide posted below. Both in-store as well as corporate careers can be applied for via the company’s employment site.

  • About the Company: Belk is an American chain of department stores based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. The company was founded in 1888 and currently has upwards of 300 locations primarily throughout the Southeastern region of the United States.

Step 1 Click here to open the Belk employment site in a new browser tab or window.

Step 2 – Scroll down the page and click one of the “Search Openings” links as shown in the screenshot.

  • Note: These instructions go over the online hiring process for in-store positions.

Step 3 – View current openings by using the interactive map, or by entering search parameters into the search form on the left-side of the page.

Step 4 – Click the job title/location link of the position you want to apply for to go to the next step.

Step 5 – Click the button as outlined in red (in the screenshot) to move to the next section.

Step 6 – Press the “Register” button.

Step 7 – Select how you want to apply for the position.

Step 8 – Registration – Enter the following details into the form:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Password
  • Password confirmation
  • Home address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip code
  • Current/recent employer
  • Current/recent position title
  • Employment history (company name, position, start date, end date)

Step 9 – Press the “Sign In” button to create your profile/account. Submit any other required details in order to finish the online application process.
