- Zip/postal code
- Place of residence/country
- Primary number
- Cell number
- Email address
- Shift availability grid
- Work experience
- Education
Step 14 – Complete the remaining sections:
- General questions
- Job specific questions
- File attachments
- eSignature
- Review and submit
